- Is SaaSCity or SubmitSaaS cheaper?
- About the same. As of October 2026 SubmitSaaS charges $60, $100 or $140 for 60+, 100+ or 140+ submissions, about $1.00 each. SaaSCity charges $49, $99 or $179 for 50, 100 or 150 directories, from about $0.98 each, plus 10 to 30 extra sites.
- Which one is faster?
- SubmitSaaS. It promises every submission within 48 hours. SaaSCity emails the report within 7 to 14 days of payment, depending on the package. Both are submission times. Directories then approve on their own schedule, sometimes weeks or months later.
- Will I know which directories approved my product?
- With SaaSCity, yes, as far as we can see on the day we send the report: it lists every submission, its outcome and every live URL. SubmitSaaS says plainly that it does not provide a list of approved submissions. Its Google Sheet shows each submission with a screenshot.
- Does either one guarantee a Domain Rating increase?
- No. SubmitSaaS names a DR for each package, up to 10, 15 or 20, and its FAQ calls these "potential targets based on previous results". What it guarantees is the number of submissions, the turnaround and the report. SaaSCity makes no promise about DR, rankings, listings or links. Domain Rating is a score from Ahrefs, a third party.
- Which refund policy is better?
- SubmitSaaS’s. Its terms give a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. SaaSCity refunds in full before work starts, if we cannot deliver, or if the report is late. After work starts, a change of mind is not refunded, except where EU and UK consumer law says so.
- Who owns the directory accounts?
- SubmitSaaS creates a dedicated email for the sign-ups and gives you the login with the report, or uses your own email if you ask. For directories that only allow Google sign-in, it uses its own Google account. SaaSCity’s service page does not cover account handover, so ask us before you order if that matters to you.
- Is this comparison biased?
- It is written by SaaSCity, which sells a competing service. Every SubmitSaaS figure comes from its own site on October 5, 2026, and the rows SubmitSaaS wins are marked as wins for SubmitSaaS.
