This page sets out, product by product, when you get your money back, how to cancel an order, and how what you buy is delivered. It summarises Sections 5 and 6.5 of our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms ever say different things, the one more favourable to you applies. Nothing here limits the rights consumer law gives you (Section 6).
1. The Short Version
- Every purchase is a one-time payment in US dollars (USD). We sell no subscriptions: nothing renews and nothing is charged later.
- The price shown before checkout is the total we charge. We add no fees, taxes or other charges at checkout. If your card is not in US dollars, your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
- If we reject what you paid for at review, you get a full refund.
- If we fail to deliver what you paid for, or miss a delivery deadline promised below, you get a full refund, or a refund of the part you did not get.
- Once something has been delivered, it is not refunded because you changed your mind, unless the law gives you a right to withdraw (Section 5).
2. What Is Refunded, Product by Product
2.1 Quick Pass, Premium Listing and Max
You get a full refund if:
- we reject your listing at review, for any reason;
- your paid upgrade is not activated within 48 hours of payment (for Max: nothing in the bundle has been activated within 48 hours of payment);
- after approval, the link from your listing to your website is not rendered as a dofollow link as Section 5.3 of the Terms describes. Tell us, and we fix it or, if you prefer, refund you in full instead.
You get a partial refund if:
- the launch post included with Premium or Max is not published within 3 days of your payment clearing. You may ask for the difference between the Premium and Quick Pass prices back, or for a full refund if nothing you paid for has been provided at all;
- we decline to write the launch post about your product. A Premium purchase is then refunded in full, and for Max the part of the price attributable to the launch post is refunded;
- a billboard or ticker slot included with Max cannot be placed at all. The part of the price attributable to it is refunded and the rest of the bundle stands.
There is no refund:
- for an upgrade that has been delivered (your listing approved and published with the upgrade applied) because you changed your mind, except as Section 5 provides for EU and UK consumers;
- for a listing removed after approval because its website stopped working, was parked or now redirects elsewhere (Terms 5.3, "Dead links");
- for a listing removed after approval for breaking our rules, such as vote manipulation (Terms 7.3) or brand impersonation and name squatting (Terms 7.4).
2.2 Homepage Rail Ads
- An ad we decline at review is refunded automatically and in full to your original payment method.
- If a technical problem on our side stops a live ad from displaying correctly or at all, we refund the unused days pro rata or give you a comparable replacement placement.
- If we remove a live ad for a reason that is not yours to fix, we refund the unused days pro rata. An ad whose destination website goes dead is not refunded.
2.3 City Billboard, Ticker Ads, City Sponsor Slots and Featured Boosts
- An ad, sponsor slot or boost we decline at review, before it goes live, is refunded in full.
- Once it is live it is not refundable, except that if a technical problem on our side stops it from displaying correctly or at all, we refund the unused days pro rata or give you a comparable replacement placement.
- A placement removed because it breaks the content standards in Section 7.5 of the Terms is not refunded.
2.4 Guest Posts (Write for Us)
- If your post is not published, because we reject it or because we ask for changes you prefer not to make, your order is refunded in full to your original payment method.
- For a post we write for you, a topic we refuse is refunded in full before any work starts.
- A published post is not refunded. Links we later remove or amend because your site changed, broke or began breaking Section 7 of the Terms are not refunded either.
2.5 Downloads
This covers the Claude Directory Submission Skill, the AI SaaS Boilerplate, the directory lists and the directory submission checklist.
- Until you have downloaded or opened it, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- After that it is not refundable, except where the law requires a refund, for example if it is not as described (Section 6).
- A refund ends your license and locks the download.
2.6 Services We No Longer Sell
- Directory Submission Service: no longer sold since October 1, 2026. Orders already paid are being fulfilled. You get a full refund if no submission work has started when you ask, or if we cannot complete the service at all. Once work has begun, it is not refundable.
- SEO Boost: withdrawn. If you bought a Premium Listing before August 20, 2026 and its bundled Domain Rating deliverable was not provided, we refund the part of the price attributable to it (Terms 5.5).
3. Cancelling an Order
There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel once an order has been delivered. Before that, you can cancel any order for a full refund if we have not started work on it yet. That means before your listing, ad or sponsor slot has been reviewed, before a launch post or guest post has been started, or before you have downloaded something you bought. Write to [email protected].
4. Delivery
Everything we sell is digital and delivered online. Nothing is shipped.
- Quick Pass, Premium and Max: priority review, typically within 24 hours of payment. The upgrade is activated within 48 hours of payment, or you get a full refund (Section 2.1). The dofollow link applies when your listing is approved.
- Launch posts (Premium and Max): published on the SaaSCity blog within 3 days of your payment clearing. We email you the link.
- Max placements: you submit your billboard and ticker creative from your dashboard after checkout. We place the homepage pin and the landmark building, typically within 3 days. Each 30-day term starts when that placement goes live.
- Homepage rail ads: live once a person has reviewed and approved the ad. The 30-day term starts at approval.
- Billboard, ticker, sponsor slots and boosts: run for the term shown at checkout and end automatically. Nothing renews.
- Guest posts: a publish-or-reject decision within 5 working days of your submission, as the Write for Us page describes.
- Downloads: available in your Dashboard, under Purchases, as soon as your payment is confirmed.
You receive an email receipt for every purchase.
5. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Consumers)
If you live in the EU or the UK and buy as a consumer, that is, outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you can normally withdraw from a contract made online within 14 days of the day it was made, without giving a reason. This is how that right applies to what we sell:
- Services (listing upgrades, launch posts, ads, sponsor slots, boosts and guest posts): at checkout you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before then, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the part of the service we provided before you told us. A listing upgrade is fully performed once your listing has been approved and published with the upgrade applied. A launch post or guest post is fully performed once it is published, and an ad, sponsor slot or boost once its term ends.
- Downloads (digital content): at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right once the download is made available to you. Until you have downloaded it, you can still ask for a refund within 14 days (Section 2.5).
- If your checkout did not include that request and acknowledgment, the right runs for the full 14 days.
How to withdraw. Tell us before the 14 days end, by email to [email protected], with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We confirm that we received it, and we refund you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of hearing from you. The refund goes to your original payment method, at no cost to you.

6. Your Statutory Rights
Whatever this page says, you keep the rights the law gives you. If something you bought is not supplied, or is not as described, you may require us to put it right. Where we cannot or do not, you may ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get your money back (Terms 13.2). If you live outside the EU and the UK, consumer guarantees under the law of your country, such as the Australian Consumer Law, apply too. Nothing on this page excludes them.
7. How Refunds Are Paid
- Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, in US dollars. We do not refund in cash, as store credit, or to a different card.
- We issue a refund promptly, and at the latest within 14 days of agreeing to it. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- If your card is not in US dollars, the amount you see returned may differ slightly from the amount you were charged, because of your bank's exchange rates.
- A full refund cancels the purchase and what it bought. A partial refund leaves the rest of the purchase in place (Terms 5.1, "Refunded and reversed payments").
8. How to Ask for a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Tell us what you bought, when, and why you are asking; your receipt helps. We answer within 14 days, and usually within two working days.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank: most problems are fixed faster that way. If you do dispute a charge, Section 5.6 of the Terms explains what happens to the purchase.
9. Who Sells to You
