Ascripto audits the email signatures employees are actually sending and identifies those that have drifted from an organisation’s brand. It reports issues such as previous logos, missing legal disclaimers, and outdated job titles, then lets administrators fix signatures. The product supports Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with different deployment options for each. The audit is free, and the first five people can be covered at no cost; paid plans charge for deploying and maintaining signatures for more people. For Google Workspace, an administrator signs in with Google, connects the directory, and allows signature access; the audit reports signature drift, and Ascripto can write signatures as a server-side property. For Microsoft 365, an administrator deploys an Outlook add-in that reads signatures as new messages open. Where deployed, it can set signatures as people write. An optional outbound relay applies signatures to outgoing messages. Dedicated deployments can run on virtual servers in a selected Azure region. Ascripto is for organisations using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 that want to check and manage employee email signatures, including smaller firms with compliance requirements. It has no seat minimum, and the first five seats are free. Its approach differs by platform: Google Workspace signatures can be written server-side, while Microsoft 365 auditing uses an Outlook add-in and signature delivery can also use an opt-in outbound relay.
