Directories, launchpads, and submission tools. Our own competitors, listed on the same terms as everything else.
4 live Directories / Launchpads listings, ranked by points. Browse every category.
Ranking uses points. 1 upvote = +25 points.
Running this category means listing products that compete with us, which is the arrangement we would want if the roles were reversed. The comparison pages on this site name the places that beat us on domain authority or traffic, and a competing directory gets the same review, the same ranking by points, and the same link terms as any other listing.
If you run a directory, the numbers are what get evaluated. Domain Rating, monthly traffic, whether the outbound links are dofollow, what a listing costs, and how long approval takes. Founders shopping this category are building a submission list and comparing on exactly those fields, so publishing them saves everyone the email.
The claim worth being careful with is dofollow. Say what you actually do, including when free listings are nofollow and paid ones are not, which is how this site works too.
Yes, and there are several on the site already. Refusing them would make the directory lists we publish worth less, since a list that hides the competition is not a list anyone can use.
The comparison and best-of pages, which rank directories by live Ahrefs Domain Rating and mark the rows where other platforms win. Those pages are updated against real data rather than kept as a static table.
