RankResume

RankResume is an AI resume tailor for job seekers. Paste or open any job post, upload your resume, and get a free ATS match score from 0 to 100 with the keywords you match and the ones you are missing, 5 free scores a day. RankResume Pro rewrites your resume and cover letter in the job's own wording in about a minute and shows your score before and after. On Android, a floating bubble works inside the LinkedIn app, Indeed or Chrome: it reads the job post, scores your resume, tailors it and auto-fills the application form without switching apps. Resumes in English, German, Spanish and French, with PDF and DOCX downloads. Scores are free; Pro is $19.99/month or $6.99/week with a 3-day free trial, and there is a one-off pack of 15 tailors for $14.95.

RankResume checks how a resume matches a job description and helps users tailor resumes for individual applications. It identifies matched and missing keywords, provides an ATS score breakdown, and can generate a job-specific resume and cover letter. The site also describes options to optimize a resume for ATS screening or build one from scratch. Its stated purpose is to make resume customization less time-consuming than manually editing a resume for each job. For a tailored resume, a user uploads an existing resume and pastes a job description or provides its URL. RankResume returns an ATS match score and keyword breakdown, then generates a tailored resume and matching cover letter. Users can use AI chat to ask about the resume, job, or score and suggest wording changes; changes require user approval. The site says resumes can be generated in English, German, Spanish, or French. It also offers resume-only ATS optimization and a builder for starting from experience. The page presents RankResume for job seekers applying to specific positions, people seeking better ATS compatibility, and users creating a resume from scratch, including new graduates and career changers. It emphasizes a short, three-step workflow that does not require technical skills, with a free ATS score check that requires no signup. Tailoring produces both a resume and cover letter, and the AI chat works with the particular resume, job, and score.
