Sequence is a to-do app designed specifically for ADHD and neurodivergent individuals. It focuses on offering simplicity and structure by presenting the user with only the next task to complete, minimizing feelings of overwhelm that often accompany traditional to-do lists. The app avoids triggering shame or guilt and promotes productivity through a calm, organized approach to household management. Users set up Sequence by creating a household and inviting members, establishing individual lanes for task management. Tasks can be added in a simple brain-dump manner, landing in the order they are inputted. When it's time to complete a task, the app highlights it, allowing users to focus solely on that task. Sequence is designed for ADHD and neurodivergent households that require a more straightforward approach to task management. It accommodates family members, ensuring everyone can participate in household organization without added stress from traditional task management tools.
