Say plainly what your product is not. Most tools here are consumer wellness rather than medicine, and stating that keeps you out of trouble with app stores, advertisers, and eventually regulators. "Not a medical device and not a substitute for professional advice" is one line and it belongs on the page, not buried in a terms document.
If you do make a clinical claim, source it. A named study, a clinician who advises you, or a certification a reader can look up all work. An unsourced percentage in a headline is the fastest way to lose the part of this audience that works in healthcare, and they are usually the people evaluating you most closely.
Health data is the most sensitive thing a product can hold, so the privacy question arrives before the pricing question. Where it is stored, who can see it, whether it is sold or shared, and how someone deletes it. Products that answer this clearly get trusted with data that people will not hand to a prettier competitor.
The site lists software and digital products. A supplement brand is out of scope, though the software behind it, such as a tracking app or a practitioner tool, is not.
Not for a wellness tool. If you present the product as diagnosing or treating a condition, the requirements come from your regulator rather than from us, and a listing does not substitute for them.
